Payment **All prices are in Canadian Dollars**

I accept payments through PayPal. If you would like to pay with your credit card without using PayPal, please send me an email with your phone number and I will call you to take your credit card info over the phone. I will also accept a personal check, with the understanding that the order will not be shipped until I receive the check and it has cleared (you also need to work this out with me before purchase). If I have not received payment or an email within 2 days (48 hours)of purchase the sale will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping

Your item will be shipped using Canada Post within 3-4 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise specified. You'll receive an email from me when your package is on its way :) I give the post office 1 week for Domestic and 3 weeks for International delivery before working out any issues with non delivery. Thank you for your understanding! And please remember that Holiday Shipping can be very unpredictable! NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to me! If you are not 100% satisified with your purchase, a refund (less shipping) or exchange can be completed within ten days of receipt. The item must be returned in it's original condition within ten days and then your refund with be honored. NOTE: Custom orders are non refundable. Please contact me to make arrangements for returns.
